The previous owner had lived
in the house for over 40 years and had done little to modernize in the
past 20 years.
Small blue tile on the
ceiling and one wall; three kinds of white tile; lots of little
indentations to accommodate plumbing, etc.
Several blocked windows and doors, antique appliances, and poor
lighting also needed to be addressed.
