- Leave flexibility in the décor to allow for potential changing
tastes after living in Arizona for a while
- Provide color palette and furniture placement
- Provide choices for furnishings, art, carpets, & lighting
fixtures
- Prioritize work to fit within current budget and for follow-on
- Identify, interview and schedule companies in Arizona to do the
work

- A spacious, uncluttered contemporary interior that reflects the
taste of the new owners and is complementary to the Southwest
environment.
- A strong color palette with a neutral base, with accents in
mauves and raspberry tones.
